Leonard Tambasco - Chairman & CEO

Chairman, President & CEO. Mr. Tambasco has over 34 years corporate management and start-up experience. He proved to be an early innovator in patient engagement and connected care when he founded, developed, and positioned AccessMyRecords.com in 2005 as the first consumer friendly, subscription-based personal health records service. Prior to founding AMR, he developed, streamlined, and positioned businesses to harness growth while providing measurable returns to investors in private and public sectors, including: President of A1 Internet 1999 – 2000; COO of Computer Access 1996 – 1998, then President 1998 – 1999. Between 2000 and 2005, Mr. Tambasco began a private consulting firm where he successfully offered turnaround and corporate structuring services at C-level in interim capacity for his clients.

Leon de Jerez - CFO

CFO. Mr. de Jerez is also a partner at The SCA Group LLC. He has more than 26 years’ experience of business management in finance, direct investment, operating entities, and consulting. During this time he has grown both existing and new business, as well as led and advised a series of turnarounds. He has been active in the financials, transportation, logistics, commodities (extraction), defense, media, and technology sectors. A sampling of entities includes: Newton Investment Management in London, Standard Life Asset Management in Edinburgh, and Science to Fiction, LLC. A successful C-level executive with considerable M & A and advisory experience, Mr. de Jerez is a graduate of the Honour School of Jurisprudence, Oxford University. He currently also serves as a Member of the Dean’s Discovery Council at Johns Hopkins University, and as an advisor to the Department of Astronomy at the University of Florida.

Scott Kinnear - CTO

CTO. Mr. Kinnear was a founding IT team member of Citrix Systems, Inc. and the 4th employee of the billion dollar software company. He served in a variety of technology and executive roles including Vice President of Worldwide Products. While overseeing Citrix’s flagship products, Mr. Kinnear was a key member of the executive team building revenues from 0 to $500M. He led and grew the Citrix Product team from 20 engineers to over 500 while overseeing the acquisition of a number of technology acquisitions worldwide. In 2005, Mr. Kinnear founded Myxer Inc., a mobile and internet technology and marketing platform company focused on consumer entertainment content with an advertising business model. An energetic and tested entrepreneur for the last 25 years, Mr. Kinnear has been advising and mentoring technology start-ups informally and through formal programs such as StartupQuest and the CEO Council for the Florida Institute.

Robert Pearlman - Board Member

Board Member. Mr. Pearlman is the Chief Development and Strategy Officer of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Schmidt College of Medicine. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation (DRIF). He joined that organization in 1993 as Executive Vice President, and served in this role until 2003, when he was elected President by the national board of directors. During his tenure, DRIF had enjoyed exponential growth and revenues had increased more than twenty-fold.

Stanley McGlothlin - Board Member

Board Member. Mr. McGlothlin is Vice President, General Counsel and co-owner of R&F Industries, an additive productions company for the oilfield drilling industry. He has served as Chair, Corporate and Securities Law Committee, and is a Past President of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Dallas–Fort Worth Chapter, and is a Past President of Association of Corporate Secretaries, Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter. Stan also holds memberships in the Texas Bar Association, Austin Bar Association, and American Bar Association, International Section of Law.

Michael Early - Senior Advisor

Sr. Advisor. Mr. Earley has been an Executive Officer and Advisor to public and privately owned companies since 1983. Mr. Earley served as the CEO of Metropolitan Health Networks Inc. (NYSE:MDF) from 2003 and Chairman of the Board from 2004, until the company’s purchase by Humana for $850 million in December 2012. Between 1997 and 2002 he provided corporate structure, transition, and turnaround services to companies requiring seasoned managerial and financing expertise. From 1986 to 1996 he served in a variety of executive positions including CEO for two California-based public holding companies, Intermark, Inc. and Triton Group LTD.
